Esperanza is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that
is waiting for a zone change to the Hoffmantown Church property.
They will build a 267 unit, high density facility that will rise
up four stories to a height of 61 feet on the west end.

WHAT'S NEXT:
ZONING HEARING - CONTINUANCE
NOVEMBER 6th • 3pm
The commission will vote whether
or not to accept the applicant's withdrawal. It's anticipated
to be a brief hearing. There is a possibility that the withdrawal
request won't be accepted and the continuation hearing will
go on as scheduled. Those interested should attend this hearing.
